Visitors can choose from several structured experiences. The standard winery visit lasts 50 minutes and includes tastings of White, Ruby, and Tawny Ports for €26. For a deeper dive, the "Old Tawnies" tour spans 1.5 hours and features four aged Tawnies (10–40 years old) for €54. Those preferring outdoor settings can book a 2.5-hour vineyard tour for €44, which includes a tasting in the historic vineyard, or a premium 3-hour Vineyard Picnic from March to October for €95, featuring Douro cuisine. A Wine and Cheese experience is also available for €34.
The estate is accessible by car, located approximately three hours and fifty minutes from Lisbon International Airport, with no public transport options. Opening hours vary by season: from March to October, visits are accepted until 17:45, while November to February sees an earlier last entry at 16:45. The site offers an award-winning tourism program that highlights the history of Port wine and the cultural significance of the Douro region.
